Online Physio for pelvic floor is it right for you?
I’m guessing like me you had your doubts about physio sessions online…..
A number of my patients travel quite a distance to come and see me. It’s not uncommon to hear stories like “ I was told the only physio who sees this is in London”.
For this reason I'm delighted to be able to reach these men via telehealth/zoom sessions etc.
If you told me years ago I would be seeing my patient’s via the internet, I would have told you face to face sessions are my go to.
To be fair, I still value having those face to face appointments, but I'm delighted to be able to offer a valuable service to men without having to get in the car for over an hour.
It’s taken me out of my comfort zone, and added a valuable tool to my treatments.
