Tackle Erectile Dysfunction (ED) with 3 easy exercises.
Delaney physiotherapy's guide to tackling erectile dysfunction with exercise.
Your social feeds are probably full of exercises for ED, but they're all hip thrusting into the ground and gyrating in ways you wouldn’t be comfortable doing, and I don’t blame you.
What if I told you there were a few simple exercises you could do in the gym, or at home, and no one would know you're working on your pelvic floor?
Why does physiotherapy work to tackle ED?
Strengthening the pelvic floor - may seem obvious, but this is the core foundation supporting your erection.
Tailored instruction, as all men are different.
Evidence based
Gets blood moving in the right area.
About me
HI! I’m Philip. I am a physio based in the UK who specialises in men’s pelvic floor
dysfunctions. I've had a lot of success helping men through various pelvic health
dysfunctions and would love to do the same for you.
What exercises would I recommend?
Let’s stop grinding on the floor and give these a try:
Farmers walks: this is a great one for building core and pelvic floor strengthening, no gym? Use a bag and books.
Front raises (no pun intended): in the gym it will look like you're working your shoulders.
Hip thrusts: these are great for building strength in the glutes and pelvic floor.
**PS. As we say, hard health is heart health. ED caused by blood flow restriction could be the early signs of more serious conditions. I always recommend you get a screening with your doctor first.
