-helps you manage flare ups easily

Our program is designed to give you a step by step walkthrough of basics

Why start at the basics you ask?

What I see In practice is that men have tried so many things to improve their symptoms.

But once you have these nailed down the rest gets so much easier.

Once you have started on this program you will notice some yoga based stretches, I won’t bore you with the details. Just know that there is a mountain of evidence to yoga and pain reduction. Want more information let me know.

What makes this different?

I’m going to be honest, I've not checked out the other online programs. I want you to have a head start.

You program will include ( of those who fill out the form below)

  • Video instructions

  • Dairy and outcome measure to track your progress.

I will apologise is advice

I'm the model in this and I will be improving it as I go along.

Would love your feedback on this. If you're interested, fill out the form below.

*I'm on UK time, I may be slow to reply (I'll apologise in advance).

Top Tips

  • Focus on your breathing. Great movement at the diaphragm leading to great pelvic floor mobility.

  • Start gently, this is about quality not quantity! If you can only tolerate 30 seconds, that’s a great start! Start here and build it up slowly.

Let's get you started nice and gently.
